Learn Meditation & Mindfulness in Geelong

Relax your body and calm your mind.

The Geelong Meditation Centre runs six-week meditation and mindfulness courses (and workshops) in Newtown, just a kilometre out of Central Geelong.

Here you’ll learn how to relax, sleep better and discover the calm and clarity within. We’ll share with you proven strategies for reducing stress and anxiety, settling an overactive or overwhelmed mind, and finding a sense of peace, whenever and wherever you are.

Our courses in Geelong are taught by Beth Milner. Beth is a graduate of the Melbourne Meditation Centre’s Teacher Training program and a Registered Teacher with Meditation Australia. A Taste of Meditation Workshop

This 90-minute workshop will introduce the basic principles of meditation and mindfulness, help debunk the most common misconceptions of meditation and give you an opportunity to experience a variety of simple and enjoyable techniques that may help to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and calm a busy mind.

The workshop is particularly suitable if you’d like to get a taste of what meditation is before committing to a full course. Our next six-week course in Geelong starts on Monday 29th January.
