Learn Meditation & Mindfulness in Geelong

Relax your body and calm your mind.

The Geelong Meditation Centre runs six-week meditation and mindfulness courses, self-compassion courses, meditation groups and retreats in Newtown and online via Zoom. 

In our beginners’ course you’ll learn how to relax, sleep better and discover calm and clarity within. We’ll share with you proven strategies for reducing stress and anxiety, settling an overactive or overwhelmed mind, and finding a sense of peace, whenever and wherever you are. 

Our courses in Geelong are taught by Beth Milner. Beth is a graduate of the Melbourne Meditation Centre’s Teacher Training program and a Registered Teacher with Meditation Australia.

Self-compassion is the act of being a good friend to yourself. It’s common for people to give themselves a hard time, particularly during times of stress or difficulty. The practice of self-compassion can support you in moving through life with greater confidence and ease.
